SHIPPING -  Your products will be shipped the way you choose at time of checkout. A tracking number will also be emailed at time of shipment. FREE SHIPPING offers are always sent parcel post. PLEASE NOTE all designs are hand made and may take up to 10 business days to ship ( or longer if stated in the items description).

COUPON CODES -  Coupon codes can not be combined with other offers. If your code isn't working, check your total and confirm that it reaches the required amount to qualify for offer.

RETURN/ REFUND POLICY - Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, there are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. If your products arrive damaged, you have 24 hours from delivery to notify us of damages at qualitycare@endlesscouture.com.  At that time we will replace any damaged products. Photo verification via email may be required.

WHOLESALE - We love to build great relationships with stores/ boutiques. If you have a storefront/ online store please email us and we will further assist you.

CUSTOM ORDERS - As much as we would love to personalize everything we make, we can not accommodate custom orders at this time. Publicist/stylist please contact us for special media request.
